Policies


What is the return policy?


We provide a 100% refund on any items returned within 30 days of delivery less shipping and handling. Orders returned after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns are required to be in a new or unused condition. Also, personalized items may have a non-returnable policy. Any custom labels made are non refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?


All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are processed when your order is placed. PayPal can also be used to pay for your order. Orders may be cancelled if payment has not been made within 7 working days.

Can I cancel my order?


YES! Orders can be canceled free of charge if it has not yet been shipped by our fulfillment center. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our return policy. Back-orders can also be canceled free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.If an order has already been shipped and needs to be canceled, you need to accept the package and the package will be shipped back at the customers cost. If the package is refused at delivery, the customer is required to pay shipping BOTH ways.

Is my order subject to sales tax?


Sales tax is charged on the products purchases and not on the shipping and handling amount.

Can I place an international order online?


YES! International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US. We make no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the US. All International orders are reviewed, and additional information may be required before the order is released. In some cases, a wire transfer may be required for payment. Wire transfer orders may be subject to an additional processing fee.

Can I order online if I live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam?


YES! If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories, you may order online. However, additional shipping and handling charges apply. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders. Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories are charged international shipping and handling charges.

How do I enter an overseas phone number to call your account managers?

How do I order if I have an APO or FPO address? Our regular shopping cart will accept AP or FPO addresses.
